Our reporting criteria
Starting from 2024, Esprinet has further strengthened its commitment to providing increasingly comprehensive reporting aligned with European requirements. Our most recent report has been prepared following the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the guidelines of the new European CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
The process of defining content relies on an analysis of dual relevance, which considers, apart from impact materiality, the concept of financial materiality. It is a new approach to reporting, capable of providing greater visibility and transparency on the risks and opportunities faced by the company.
The identified themes are validated by the Competitiveness and Sustainability Committee, ensuring consistency with the corporate values and a long-term strategic vision. The path is led by the Board of Directors, which approves the Sustainability Reporting and oversees the identification of impacts, risks, and opportunities (IRO). With the support of the Committee, each stage – from engaging with stakeholders to prioritising issues – becomes a key component of our responsible governance.
