Born in Varese on 18 May 1962, she graduated in business administration, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1992.
She has been registered in the Register of Judge Consultants at the Court of Milan since 1997, with specific reference to company valuations, Extraordinary Finance operations, insolvency proceedings. She is associated with ODV231 - Association of Members of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. She works as a Chartered Accountant with particular reference to insolvency procedures and consultancy relating to corporate restructuring and crises, as well as appraisals. Evaluations, industrial and strategic plans, certified expert of recovery plans pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law. Activities of Trustee and Judicial Liquidator of the Court of Milan, Bankruptcy Section.
She is associated with Ned Community, Non Executive Directors Community, Association of Non-Executive and Independent Directors. She held and still holds positions as Chairman or Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors / Audit Committee and of the Board of Directors or of the Supervisory Board and Judicial Liquidator of various unlisted and listed companies. She gained experience in various listed and unlisted companies also in regulated sectors, in the banking, insurance, financial intermediaries and asset management companies sector.
