External Auditor
The task of auditing the Company’s accounts is entrusted to the firm PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A.; partner Andrea Martinelli.
Based on the reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Shareholders’ Meeting of 8 May 2019 conferred a mandate to audit the statutory and consolidated financial statement – following the art. 14 and 16 of the Legislative Decree of 27 January 2010, nr 39 - to PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A for the period 2019-2027.
