Our initiatives for Sustainability

Esprinet4Others is a virtuous initiative that allows employees to dedicate work hours to activities benefiting local non-profit organisations. The initiative has improved the corporate climate and contributed to the community’s wellbeing.

Italy’s first delivery service run entirely by people with intellectual disabilities: in 2023 we achieved the milestone of 10,000 deliveries.

A project born to value employees and customers: through surveys and listening sessions, Esprinet gathers useful feedback to improve all its end services and implement corporate welfare initiatives, enhancing the work-life balance.
