The Esprinet Group has completed the closing for the acquisition of Vamat, distributor and service provider of photovoltaic technologies in Benelux and Ireland

ESPRINET announces that, in accordance with the previous communication of 16 September 2025, it has finalized today the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Vamat B.V., a Dutch company active since 2015 in the Benelux area in B2B distribution of photovoltaic technologies and Value Added Partner of Huawei, and of its wholly owned subsidiary Vamat Ltd, an Irish company established in 2024 and active in the same business in Ireland.
