A tailored engagement model
Upon completing a survey in which they state their interests, people are guided to the organisations most suitable for them, with tailored proposals. This structured approach ensures an experience that is meaningful and consistent with individual and corporate values. The project takes place during working hours and involves concrete activities with non-profit organisations: the partner entities range from social to healthcare, from cultural to environmental.

Esprinet4others in the future
The benefits of corporate volunteering are numerous: they improve the internal climate, strengthen relationships among colleagues, and boost the sense of belonging. Esprinet4Others has reinforced teamwork and positioned the Group as a responsible player in the territory. Building on these results, the project will continue in the coming years, with new partnerships and greater engagement of employees across Europe.
