Born on December 23, 1988, in Milan, graduated in Economics and Management from Bocconi University in 2013, acquiring a solid foundation in the fields of economics and finance.
He began his professional career at PwC in 2012, where he worked until 2016, specializing in transaction services, developing in-depth skills in accounting and finance within both vendor-side and buy-side due diligence processes.
Subsequently, he embarked on a freelance career, focusing on financial consulting and M&A, working with clients and projects across various industries, often serving as a temporary CFO to manage generational transitions and extraordinary operations. Additionally, he frequently engages with clients' banks to structure extraordinary finance operations and credit line or terms renegotiations.
For several years, he has been a consultant for Talent Garden, a co-learning company, where he primarily focuses on the finance area, actively participating in and overseeing various acquisitions and investment rounds, as well as drafting business plans.
In parallel, he founded a company in the real estate industry, where he serves as a director. In this role, he oversees the entire process, from acquisition to restructuring and resale of properties, focusing efforts on speculative market opportunities.
He also acts as a director and manager of the family holdings for over 10 years, selecting and investing in venture funds and private equity, thereby contributing to the growth and diversification of the investment portfolio.
